The new headquarter of the publishing house TECNICHE NUOVE spread over 15 floors and reaching an height of about 60 m with a total of 3708 square meters of total gross floor area, plus two underground floors for employees parking. The new building accomodate various operative offices. Two floors are used for technical, resting and meeting functions. Inside the building were installed 4,000 square meters of raised floor Petral.
