For the application on raised floors, the parquet is glued either on panels of wood conglomerate or on panels of calcium sulphate. Various species and shapes areavailable. All prefinished parquets have a walking surface which is coated at the plant with special wear-resistant transparent varnishes. This type of finish isparticularly suitable for environments and offices where the traffic is limited.

NB: Before considering purchasing a natural parquet top finish, it's important to understand the temperature and humidity requirements for the environment in which it will be installed. A raised floor with a wood finish should be installed in a place where the temperature is between 18°C and 22°C and the relative humidity is between 45% and 60%
