E-JUST (Japanese University of Science and Technology) is the Egyptian Government University built in collaboration with Japan in the area of New Borg El-Arab City in Egypt.  It represents a cooperation between the Egyptian and Japanese governments in order to have a partnership to promote human development in the region and in the world. By collaborating in the growth and development of educational programs with Egyptian and Japanese universities, E-JUST has a status of national and international recognition. The project includes a long tunnel running along the back of the university where optical fiber connections and the main electric and hydraulic ducts are provided. In the offices areas and in the common spaces have been installed 17.500 sqm of Petral raised floors.
